    Defrosting & Storage Instructions:

    Large Cakes – Defrost in refrigerator overnight or uncovered at room temperature for 3-4 hours.

    Using a long knife, dip in hot water and dry before each cut. To minimize wastage, pre-portion whole cake while still frozen and defrost each slice at room temperature for approx. 30min when required.

    Once defrosted, keep product covered in a refrigerator and use within 3 days.

    Do not re-freeze.
